This is the Will of God.

Sanctification is a big word with a simple meaning—it’s about letting God make us more like Jesus. It’s not a question of whether God wants to do that. God absolutely does. The question is—do we want to let it happen?
Are we willing to let God do all that God already made possible through the cross? Are we willing to let Jesus shape our hearts, renew our minds, and fill our lives so that His life shines through ours?
We often say, “I just wish...” But wishing doesn’t change us. Faith does. Sanctification isn’t about trying harder; it’s about trusting deeper. It’s not something we earn—it’s something we receive. Empty-handed, open-hearted, we come to God and say, “Nothing in my hands I bring.”
And the result? A heart that is humble, grateful, and changed. Not proud holiness, but a holiness born out of awe—an awareness of how far we’ve fallen and how deeply we’re loved. While we didn’t care about God, He cared for us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
No wonder Paul could say, “Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.”
Sanctification makes us one with Jesus—joined to His heart, aligned with His purpose. And out of that union comes obedience, prayer, service, and joy—not as duties, but as expressions of thanksgiving.
Have a Great Week!
