How to Register for Fall Retreats
Step 1 – Fill out the MLC Form
Tell us the name and contact information for the child you are registering, along with your name and contact information as the parent/guardian.
Step 2 – Complete Forms
Download the appropriate Medical and Travel Release Form from our website and return it to the church office
Step 3 – Register Online for iPoint
Follow the link to register for: Inspiration Point website and register your child.
When prompted, enter the code found below to ensure you get a discounted rate.

Martin's will register as a group for Castaway
Castaway Camp Fall Retreat as memo line of a $25 check written to Martin's Lutheran Church.
Step 1 Fill out the the MLC Form.
Step 2 Medical and Travel Release Form.
Download and Fill out the Medical & Travel Release form for your child. When complete please email the document to Pastor Keith at pastorkeith@martinslutheran.com
Step 3 Register with the camp.
